Program Schedule

Each group has class twice a week, typically from 6pm to 9.30pm.
Sometimes a group discusses and agrees on the schedule before the training starts.


FULL LIFE-CYCLE OF BUSINESS ANALYSIS AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

The new upcoming groups are expected to start: Group 01- 03 July 2018, Group 02 - 02 September 2018.

Course: Business Application Development using Visual Studio .NET 2012 or 2015, SQL Server 2014, Oracle 11g, Business Analysis and Web Development.
Languages and Technologies: SQL, DDL, DML, T-SQL, PL/SQL; VB.NET, VC#, HTML/XHTML, JavaScript, Web-site design and development; ASP.NET, CSS; Ajax .NET; XML; Web-services; WPF; Object-Oriented Programming (OOP); n-Tier; Crystal Reports, Reporting Services; UML, Business Analysis;

No knowledge of programming is required. We start from "ground zero". No mathematics or algorithms.


PROJECT ADMINISTRATION AND COORDINATION

The new upcoming groups are expected to start in October, 2018.

Course: Project administration, coordination, project management assistance on IT and non-IT projects
Methodologies and Tools: Business Analysis, Microsoft Project - tasks, milestones, resources, reports, charts; teams management, allocation od resources, schedules, budgets, controls, communication, progress monitoring; MS Office (Word - docs with sections and table of content, embedded content, Excel - formulas, tabs / worksheets, Access - datasheets and reports, PowerPoint - presentation and slides, OneNote - information gathering and multi-user collaboration), SharePoint, WebEx, JIRA, Visual SourceSafe, Agile, RUP - Rational Unified Process, Microsoft Solution Framework, Risk and Gap Analysis, UML - Unified Modeling Language;

No special knowledge or education is required. Participation in live government project.
